Friendly NE China city increases its US exchanges

The city of Changchun will be signing a memorandum with Silicon Valley in California，United States on a friendly partnership, Dec 15-16, according to a press statement of Dec 8.
Changchun, the capital of Jilin province, says it wants to become more innovative and prosperous through cooperation and exchanges with the US and startups.
The two will also hold an industry summit and launch a joint venture capital fund.
