On July 4th, Mr. Jiang Xingsan, Director General of DRC’s General Office and Dr. Ding Ningning, Director General of Research Department of Social Development, had a meeting with the Sovereignty Rating Team of S&P, headed by Mr. John Chambers, President of the Sovereignty Rating Council.
