據(jù)悉，13個(gè)意向成員申請(qǐng)加入獲批后，還需走完國(guó)內(nèi)法定程序(complete domestic due processes)并將首筆資本金繳存亞投行(deposit the first installment of capital with the AIIB)后，才能成為正式成員(formal member)。分配給13個(gè)新意向成員的股本來(lái)自于現(xiàn)有股本池中未分配的部分(the shares allocated to the 13 new prospective members come from an existing pool of unallocated shares)。

亞投行行長(zhǎng)金立群表示，世界各國(guó)有興趣加入亞投行(the interest in joining the AIIB from around the world)，無(wú)疑加快了把亞投行打造成國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu)(establish the bank as an international institution)的進(jìn)程。如今，令人自豪的是亞投行成員幾乎遍布每個(gè)洲，今年晚些時(shí)候預(yù)計(jì)理事會(huì)將審批通過(guò)另一批新成員的加入。
