Brainstorming（頭腦風(fēng)暴）這個(gè)詞似乎越來越流行。學(xué)生做作業(yè)要用到，員工做項(xiàng)目更要用到，甚至工作中出了差錯(cuò)要找出罪魁禍?zhǔn)椎臅r(shí)候也要用到，只不過這個(gè)時(shí)候brain變身成了blame。既然沒有人愿意承認(rèn)是自己的錯(cuò)，那咱們就集體開會找出認(rèn)錯(cuò)的人吧。

Blamestorming is a method of collectively finding one to blame for a mistake no one is willing to confess to. Often occurs in the form of a meeting of colleagues at work, gathered to decide who is to blame for a screw up.

This word is a derivative from brainstorming, which is a group creativity technique where efforts are made to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members.
這個(gè)詞是由brainstorming衍生而來，brainstorming是一種集體創(chuàng)意方式，一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的人集中在一起就某一個(gè)具體問題的解決方式提出各自的想法，即“頭腦風(fēng)暴”。
