Famous crosstalk master Ma Ji dies

Ma Ji, a roly-poly Chinese comedian during a performance in Huaibei, northern China's Anhui Province, in this photo taken in Jan. 26, 2003 and made available Dec. 20, 2006. Ma, best known for his mastery of puns and satirical dialogues with other performers, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006 of a heart attack, Chinese state media reported. He was 72.
