五周前以色列總理沙龍因中風(fēng)住院接受治療以來，病情起起伏伏，一直處于昏迷狀態(tài)。當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院星期日表示，進(jìn)行了緊急腹部手術(shù)以后，目前沙龍病情危急但狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定。

comatose表示of, relating to, or affected with coma;
unconscious，是"昏迷的，不省人事的"的意思，是醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)語。coma是comatose的名詞形式，表示昏迷（狀態(tài)）。
此外，除了上面比較正式的用法外，comatose這個詞也可以表示"昏昏沉沉的，昏昏欲睡的"的意思，如：I always feel a bit
comatose after dinner.（我在晚飯后總覺得有點(diǎn)昏昏欲睡。）
