blast off

"神舟"六號(hào)飛船于今天上午9時(shí)整在酒泉航天中心發(fā)射，執(zhí)行這次任務(wù)的航天員是40歲的費(fèi)俊龍和41歲的聶海勝。溫家寶在出征儀式上發(fā)表講話，為航天員送行。中國日?qǐng)?bào)網(wǎng)站的報(bào)道中有這樣一句話：The Shenzhou VI manned spacecraft blasted off with a loud launch noise for a multi-day orbital stay from its satellite launch center in Jiuquan in northwest China.

文中的blast off 的意思是"發(fā)射、升空"、"點(diǎn)火起飛"。如：The spaceship blasted off.（宇宙飛船發(fā)射升天了。）此外，lift off 也可表示（導(dǎo)彈、火箭等的）發(fā)射。
