Croatian FM to visit China

Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman is expected to visit China from Sunday to Tuesday to further align bilateral development strategies and unlock potential for pragmatic cooperation.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian reiterated at a daily news conference on Wednesday that China attaches great importance to its relationship with Croatia.
Through the visit, China stands ready to work with the Central and Southeast European country to intensify people-to-people exchanges and dialogue, and open up new chapters for their comprehensive cooperative partnership, Lin said.
China and Croatia enjoy traditional friendship, he said, adding that the Belt and Road cooperation between the two countries and cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries have yielded positive results.
