Disney, Shanghai studio to jointly release animated shorts featuring Zootopia characters

Four talented Chinese animators, Wu Wencong, Fan Wen, Liu Hu, and Chen Lianhua, from Shanghai studio have been enlisted, each to employ a distinctive style of traditional Chinese animation: stop-motion animation, ink wash animation, 2D animation, and paper-cutting animation. They will each create a short film to showcase the never-seen-before aspects of the animal metropolis Zootopia in a fresh and locally relevant way.
