Scholars from Africa and Southeast Asia noted that trade between China and other developing countries is growing strongly. They reiterated that developing countries need to speak with a united voice on international platforms, expand market and export opportunities through development partnerships, and rely on international rules to negotiate conflicts, while being cautious of the contagion effects of economic fluctuations. In addition, China's infrastructure development provides a practical model for the Global South, and its experience in peaceful development is worth learning from.
