An exhibition featuring relics related to Zhu Tan (1370–89), the 10th son of Zhu Yuanzhang, founder of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), opened at the Shandong Museum on Jan 12.

The exhibition presents more than 680 individual items or sets of cultural treasures, including gold, jade, clothing, and lacquerware, showcasing the lifestyle and ceremonial practices of royal princes during the early Ming Dynasty. A highlight of the exhibition is a nine-tasseled crown, the only existing well-preserved ceremonial crown from the early Ming Dynasty in China.
