According to a news release on Jan 6, Southwest China's Guizhou province aims to use public data to implement the national "Twenty Data Measures" and lead in digital economy, digital transformation, and computing power development.

Promoting the development and utilization of public data is expected to accelerate the growth of the data industry, giving rise to new models, business forms, and industries in data resources, technologies, services, applications, and data security.

Data sharing will drive the integrated development of government services, governance, and internal collaboration. Efficient data flow will greatly benefit the public in education, healthcare, and transportation, making daily life more convenient.

Guizhou's computing power has experienced significant growth and structural optimization in recent years. Its computing capacity has exceeded 55 Eflops, and intelligent computing accounts for over 90 percent of the total. The province has become one of the regions with the highest concentration of computing power resources in the country.

Relying on public data, the province will further increase the computing power utilization rate and enhance its efficiency. Guizhou will continue to expand its computing power capacity, expecting to exceed 150 Eflops this year.

The province will also continue to advance the coordinated development of computing power, electric power, and networks alongside the green development of data centers, optimizing the overall performance indicators of Guizhou's computing power.
