The situation in China is already starting to improve, as infections have slowed. More factories are coming online and the work resumption rate is rising.
It will take time to get back to full capacity, but in China the situation has been moving in the right direction. China has provided very significant stimulus, both fiscal and monetary, and is poised to provide more.
There may be some pain before the situation improves, but we have confidence policy support will be adequate and believe the economy will snap back as the contagion stabilizes.
