Legal demonstrators don’t need masks. Hong Kong is the city with the highest degree of freedom in the world, including the freedom of expression, and anyone with a rightful demand can apply to rally and make his voice heard. Apparently, the violence occurred in Hong Kong over these weeks was carried out by a group of men and women with masks and umbrellas. They dare not show their faces to the public, because they knew they were criminals. Indeed, they are shameful cowards and shall be brought to justice.
