And don't forget the seasonal cocktails, either. The Easter Bunny (HK$119) comprises Pimm's, orange, cucumber and strawberry topped off with refreshing lemonade, while the Spring Blessings (HK$119) is composed of Malibu rum, banana, milk and white chocolate and is topped with soft marshmallows.
