Mother creates cartoons on plates with Chinese condiments

A mother from Changchun city in Northeast China’s Jilin province creates a set of edible painting using plates as canvas, condiments as coloring and chopsticks as brushes. As mother of a three-year-old boy, Li Xiaohua created popular cartoon characters on empty plates with traditional soy bean paste and soy sauce to attract her son to food. Some of Li’s creations include the Minions, Kung Fu Panda, Peppa Pig and Disney Princess Elsa from Frozen. [Photo/China News Service]
